• Taste profile:  Aromas of candied fruit with orange zest and caramel. Thanks to the 20% Palomino Fino, the S'Naranja is not as sweet as a 100% PX.
• Vinification: Aged for over 10 years in American oak barrels in the traditional Spanish Solera method. Orange zests are added and this ripens for another 18 months with the juice.
