• Taste profile: A full fruity, expressive and fresh rosé wine. Floral aromas of roses and orange blossom. This rosé wine has a nice complexity due to the Mediterranean herbs. These herbs are subtly present, thanks to the indigenous grape variety Callet. Elegant, fresh and balanced, with a nice roundness thanks to three months of aging sur lie.
• Vinification: The processing of this rosé wine takes place from the highest point of the bodega, where the grapes are led down and the must is created thanks to natural gravity, without the use of mechanical presses. The skins soak with the must for about 4 hours.
