• Grape: Tempranillo
• Year: 2021
• Taste profile: Floral nose with deep notes of ripe forest fruits. Full, rich and round mouthfeel. Balanced whole with notes of vanilla and licorice. A soft, long finish.
• Vinification: Harvest of more than 10 years old vines. Fermentation in stainless steel and aging for 3 months in American oak. Then a further 3 months of aging in the bottle.
• Wine region: Ribera del Duero
• Food combination: Pork, pork belly, soft cheeses and a nice wine to start with.
• Alcohol percentage: 14,5%
